  • Contests/Promotions: Name, address, email, and equipment ownership details.

  • Electronic Data: Sensor logs, trends, histograms, event data, alerts, digital state data, fault codes, idle time, fuel consumption, emissions data, service meter hours, electronic data files, troubleshooting data, and more.
  • Inspection Results: Data from Bejac or third-party inspection systems.
  • Asset Location: Physical location data (e.g., via satellite, GPS, cell towers, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi).
  • Fluid Analysis: Results from fluid sample tests (oil, hydraulic, coolant) using Bejac or third-party tools.
  • Event Recorder Information: Location, speed, direction, video recordings, control usage, and train control data.
  • Service and Maintenance Records: Work orders, component life history, maintenance schedules, warranty information, service contracts, service intervals, component lists, and service recommendations.
  • Site and Environmental Conditions: Work type, road/track conditions, altitude, climate, and material tracking data.
  • Usage Patterns: User-defined information related to a product provided through a Digital Offering.

Operations Data
We may collect the following information through our operations. Note that not all of this data may be considered Personal Information:

  • Transactional Document Information: Data from tenders, invoices, purchase orders, sales/service contracts, e-forms, and other business documentation.
  • Client Data: Client name, address, industry, category, contact person details, and information about parts, machine purchases, returns, or replacements.
  • Work Order Information: Client details, involved Assets, identified issues, repairs performed, emissions data, fuel usage, service meter hours, software/hardware versions, and installed attachments.
  • Payment Details: Banking information, debit/credit card details, billing/shipping addresses, and other data required for payment processing.

We collect information through various means:

  1. Direct Provision: Information you provide when engaging with us, using our products/services, interacting at trade shows, making inquiries, placing orders, or contacting customer service.

    • Pre-installed/Installed Applications/Devices: Data received via cellular, satellite, radio, or ethernet connections from Assets equipped with mobile applications or telematics devices.

    • Equipment manufacturers we represent and affiliates/contractors: System Data and Personal Information from Assets, Devices, or Digital Offerings.
    • Component Manufacturers and OEMs: System Data from Asset component manufacturers.
    • Asset Owners and Managers: Additional information from those responsible for Assets.
    • Other Sources: Credit agencies, public databases, marketing partners, social media platforms, service providers, and maintenance/inspection/warranty records.

By providing information to a dealer or manufacturer as described in these statements, you agree to their terms, which may be updated periodically.
